Hey epyic crew,
It’s raining outside as we write this. We’re looking at the events this weekend with a cup of tea in hand thinking, what’s going to get people outside.
We think we’ve got it. To start the weekend - a sunset sauna at Mills Beach to melt the week away, or a beach walk followed by a fun, social night out. On the weekend, if you need a bit more pace, there’s a trail race at Woodlands Historic Park, a dive to Golden Arch (home to Giant Australian Cuttlefish and a family of Blue Groper). Or something a little slower - a walk through the country roads of Healesville with tipples on offer, or really slow down and find connection through a sensory forest experience.
It might be worth getting those boots on.
See you out there,
Stella & Chris

The Pressure Project
Adam, the founder of The Pressure Project, has competed for Australia in freediving world championships, and worked with Olympic and Paralympic swimming teams.
As an athlete, Adam grappled with the pressure that comes with sporting experience and balancing the daily pressures of life. Freediving opened his eyes to a new way of coping with the stresses of sport, work and everyday life. This led to the creation of The Pressure Project, where he uses the principles of meditation, the power of breath and breath hold, and the ability to embrace and withstand self-limiting messages from the brain to break free from the shackles of pressure and unlock your potential.
Parks Victoria - Park Walks
